Experience a transformative journey in this certified Deep Tissue Lomi Lomi Massage Course, blending trigger point release, hot basalt salts, earthen clays, and ancient Chinese abdominal massage with the wisdom of Indigenous healing traditions.

Pre-requisites: Heartworks Lomi Lomi Foundations or 12 month’s experience in any other form of bodywork/ massage therapy.
Duration: 4 Days
Group size: Up to 18 Students, with 3+ Course Leaders
Location: Courses are held in beautiful retreat locations in Port Stephens or Peats Ridge NSW.
Accommodation: You will need to stay near the training venue for 3 nights to attend 4 full days of training. A fully catered live-in retreat option is available at the training venue, including comfortable double swags and hot showers.
Deep Tissue Lomi Lomi Massage
This short course will take your massage skills to great depths utilising shiatsu trigger point release, Ka Huna massage techniques and ancient Chinese abdominal massage, whilst learning how to bring physical, emotional and energetic release to your clients through deep listening and deep touch. This includes gentle yet deep abdominal massage.
Utilising hot basalt stones to warm the body and prepare the lines of depth, and earthen clays integrated into our practice for cleansing and connection.
You will learn optimal techniques for offering deep tissue massage without burn out, as we utilise technique, weight and positioning rather than strength, to reach greater depths in a harmonious way.

🌸 For the live-in retreat option, you'll experience a full bush immersion: bush-style accommodation with comfortable double swags, hot showers, nourishing meals and limited electronic interference, allowing for a genuine connection with nature.

Qualification Certificate & CPE Points
Upon completion of this four day course you will receive a Lomi Lomi Level Three Heartworks Certificate.
You will be qualified to practice Lomi Lomi massage, and eligible for practitioner insurance.
CPE Points for existing therapists may be available if your provider recognises Lomi Lomi Massage as an education pathway.
Accommodation
A fully catered live-in retreat option is available at the training venue for our multi-day courses. This includes shared spa cabins and amenities at our Port Stephens venue and bush-style camping with shared amenities at our other locations.
There are also lots of accommodation options around Port Stephens to book privately, and we would love to help if you need any guidance on where to book.
Investment & Payment Plans
An investment from $1,440 is for the four day course with certificate upon completion. We have a maximum of 18 places and 4 facilitators to ensure high quality, hands on training with one-on-one mentoring with Arwen.
A $200 deposit is required upon booking to secure your place on the course. Deposits are transferable but non refundable. Payment plans can be arranged. Please contact us.
