Whats included: For the adults 16 years +

🍃An initial private online or phone consult 1 on 1 session with Arwen upon booking.

🍃A preparation list with recommendation on dietary changes and preparing your Body space for a week or so prior to coming onto the retreat. ( prep for integration upon arriving home)

🍃4 days and 3 nights at our remarkable Bush venue.

🍃A Warm welcoming vibe with fun activities included that you can choose to attend or not.

🍃Healthy organic produce and daily fresh pressed juice option ( primarily plant based with vegan option or clean meat option if required, there will be periods of fasting)

🍃Communal Cooking and learning healthy dietary methods.

🍃Supportive/ Positive environment with group activities and natured based walks with indigenous content and sharing of appropriate wisdoms.

🍃Daily Saunas & cold pond plunge ( in a small natural print water pond )

🍃Medicinal Bush bath.

🍃Rain water Showers.

🍃Digital detox ( important calls/ contact will be possible & we will allow a daily time for such)

🍃Daily activities which may include woodwork, clay sculpting, weaving, bush walking and bush medicine.

If so this Cleansing Retreat may be perfect for you.

 

Venue: Girri Girra Bush Camp, 744-754 Peats Ridge rd, Somersby.

This is a Beautiful outdoor venue 1.5 hrs north of Sydney, based in Ourimbah state Forrest. With running warm rain water showers, composting toilets, a large kitchen and over cover area, wood fire lathe tubs, a wood fired sauna and multiple indigenous sites including caves, rock art and plant of grinding groove areas. Indigenous content will be delivered in an appropriate way. Swags style sleeping accommodation available ( you just need to bring your clothes, bedding, toiletries and any special medical requirements.)

Extra Facilitators to hang out and do things with the kids and integrative family time so you can all journey together into healthier dynamics.

Retreat Date: 11 start on the first day and 11am finish on the last day of the date of your choice.

Massage , Nutritional and Hypnotherapy session availability will be limited during the duration of the course. However you are welcome to also book a session prior to course commencement or afterwards as an integrative tool.
