Polynesian Floor Massage 1 Day Workshop

Our one day Polynesian Floor Massage Workshop is a perfect taste tester for floor pressing techniques and assisted stretching that is learned fully clothed & on mats that can be integrated into assisted stretching techniques on the table as part of your Lomilomi Massage flow.

It is a simple and very effective sequence that can be utilised on its own or further developed into advanced massage techniques.

Perfect as a taste tester for those debating whether to learn Lomilomi massage, or other forms of massage & assisted stretching.

Also a handy skill for couples / friends looking for a nice easy way to press each other out and stretch as part of general wellbeing and upkeep…. Perfect for folk into fitness & exercise.

What you will receive:

🌱 A 30 Polynesian floor massage sequence. Pressing out of muscles, assisted stretching and safe rotation of limbs.

🌱 A Supportive breathwork practice for both practitioners & clients.

🌱 Proper posture & footwork to avoid injury.

🌱Integration of assisted stretching techniques onto a massage table to help integrate into an existing massage flow.

🌱A healthy lunch will be provide.

🌱 Inclusion into our Aloha network.

🏕️ Camping style accommodation available if required for those travelling a distance or staying for further training or mentoring.
