Lets bring some more “wow” factor to your treatments 

Day 1: Learn More

• Connection with heart, breath and hands. Your team will dive deeper into presence and simple ways to support their clients regulating their nervous system with breathing, scents & sounds. ( A delightful and highly effective way to begin or end a signature ritual massage session)
• Focussing specifically on front of body massage development.
• Growing upon your team’s already existing skill set, let’s introduce some more movement and flow with  an under and over body skillset that will have them feeling nurtured and held safely throughout the duration of their session.
• Articulation of limbs & assisted stretching for bodily alignment.
• A sprinkling of some well performed depth. I’d like to invite your team into confidently applying depth in a way that the clients body opens to allow the depths to ease any tension or muscular pain being held within.

Day 2: Practice to perfection

Lets put what we’ve learned into practice 

• Begin the session with some guide breath-work, bring your client into the optimal state of calmness to receive.
• Flow Seamlessly from back of body to front of body flow.
• Move into a more confident and nurturing full front of body flow with under and over body moves, gentle assisted stretching for bodily alignment and well performed depths.
• Calling to close. Closing a session well will leave your clients floating on cloud 9. We will utilise a belly breathing technique, sound therapy and scented oil to bring them back into the wakefulness in a way that will be remembered.
• Team dynamics, closing our two day session with a group activity and meditation that highlights the importance of healthy and positive team dynamics.

Training can be held at my premises in Anna bay or onsite at your establishment for a group of 2-4.

Any larger groups may have a fee difference and travel or accommodation requirements if required may also induce an extra fee.

Investment for a general spa team of 2-4 with no additional travel costs is $2200 including gst
